Design & Planning
Q: How long does the kitchen design process typically take?
A: Our kitchen design process generally takes between 2 and 4 weeks, starting from your initial consultation through to final design approval. It goes without saying though that this can completely depend on the scale of your project and when you’d like the kitchen to be fitted.
Q: Can Hoth Kitchens design a kitchen to fit my budget?
A: Absolutely. We specialise in creating bespoke kitchen designs tailored precisely to your budget, ensuring exceptional quality and value.
Q: What should I bring to my kitchen design consultation?
A: Please bring along inspirational images, any room measurements you have, details of your specific requirements, and an estimated budget.
Ordering & Installation
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We require an initial deposit upon order confirmation, a subsequent pre-delivery payment, and the final balance due a minimum of 7 days prior to delivery. Installation payments are split: 50% payable on the first installation day, and the remaining 50% upon practical completion.
Q: When is the kitchen supply payment due?
A: Full payment for your kitchen supply is required at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery date. Late payments may result in a failed delivery charge and could delay installation.
Q: Who will install my kitchen?
A: Our highly experienced and trusted installation partners, with over 30 years of expertise, professionally manage all kitchen installations, including plumbing, electrical, and gas work.
Q: How long will my kitchen installation take?
A: A typical kitchen installation takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks, depending on project complexity. Due to lead times and the nature of custom kitchen installations, additional return visits may occasionally be necessary once the primary installation is practically complete.
Q: When will my kitchen worktops be installed?
A: Kitchen worktops are usually templated about one week into your installation process and are generally fitted the following week, depending on material availability and project complexity.
Q: Can I buy individual kitchen components separately?
A: No, we do not offer individual kitchen components for sale. However, we do provide a supply-only service option for complete kitchens.
Aftercare & Warranties
Q: What warranties are provided with your kitchens?
A: We offer a 5-year warranty on all furniture products. Appliances and worktops carry their own manufacturers' warranties, which must be registered directly with the respective manufacturers.
